In accordance with Article 8 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan No. 94-V dated May 21, 2013, “On Personal Data and Their Protection,” I hereby give my consent to Limited Liability Partnership “SHATE-M PLUS” (Business Identification Number – 151040019568), located at: 6/1 Zhetigen Street, Baykonyr District, Astana, 010000, to process my personal data.

The aforementioned personal data will not be disclosed to third parties, will not be subject to cross-border transfer, and will not be published in publicly available sources.
Duration of consent: – 3 (three) years from the date of the last active action on the Website.
The data subject has the right to:
1) Be informed whether their personal data are held by the data controller and/or operator, as well as by a third party, and to receive information including:
– confirmation of the fact, purpose, sources, and methods of collection and processing of personal data;

6) Grant or refuse consent to the data controller and/or operator to publish their personal data in publicly available sources;
7) Protection of their rights and legitimate interests, including compensation for moral and material damages;
8) Exercise other rights granted by this Law and other legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
I have been informed of my rights related to the processing of personal data, the procedure for exercising these rights, and the consequences of giving or refusing to give this consent.
